For 2017, the total consolidated EBITDA of the companies in EP INDUSTRIES Group amounted to CZK 2.4 billion and their revenues totaled CZK 14.6 billion. EP INDUSTRIES companies have 5,317 employees.
EP INDUSTRIES Group was established in 2011, when all industrial companies were demerged from ENERGETICKÝ A PRŮMYSLOVÝ HOLDING Group and included in EP INDUSTRIES Group, which will continue to focus on investments in industrial assets and activities outside the energy sector going forward. Power engineering and services has become the major pillar of EP INDUSTRIES’ business.
